The 8th edition of Plast Alger, one of the leading exhibitions for the Algerian and Maghreb plastics market, will take place from 4th to the 6th of March at the SAFEX, the Algerian Exhibition Centre.

PiovanGroup will be present at the stand H11 - Hall A, with its brand Piovan, Aquatech and Doteco to showcase its state-of-art technologies and complete automation systems for plastics processing.

Visitors may discover Moisture Minder, the solution for the on-line measurement of moisture in plastic granules and Inspecta AC, the unique and innovative instrument of analysis that detects the presence of Acetaldehyde and Benzene in PET granules, preforms, sheet and bottles.

On display there will be Handlink+, the manual coupling station that avoids contamination while assuring vacuum, guaranteeing quick and easy coupling operations by one hand.

For dosing technologies, visitors will be able to take a closer look at Quantum Q12, the high-precision gravimetric batch blender.

Additionally, visitors may discover the DPM 604, the double desiccant tower that is suitable for a wide range of polymers. This dryer is characterised by dew point lower than -50 °C and process air temperature up to 200 °C.

On display, with Aquatech brand will be present:

• Slim 1111, the air cooled portable chiller characterised by a compact design, able to process ambient air temperatures up to +40°. It is suitable for application in all the industrial sectors, assuring maximum flexibility and energy efficient functioning.
• the Easytherm range, the temperature controller featured by flexibility and reliability, designed for injection, blow moulding and extrusion. Specifically, visitors will have the opportunity to see different models: Easytherm EP, the pressurised temperature controller and Easytherm EW, the open system temperature controller.

With Doteco brand, visitors will see Grado, the gravimetric batch blender, designed to blend free flowing pellets in processes which require accurate dosing and repeatability with efficient mixing.
