From March 11th to 14th, PiovanGroup will participate in Plastimagen Mexico 2025, one of Latin America’s most significant exhibitions for the plastics industry, taking place at the Citibanamex Exhibition Centre in Mexico City. This key event gathers over 850 exhibitors across 40,000 square meters, bringing together the latest innovations in plastic processing.

At Stand 2046, PiovanGroup, with its brands Piovan, Doteco, Pelletron and Thermal Care, will showcase advanced solutions for material handling, industrial automation, and process efficiency, with a focus on the medical, PET & rPET, automotive, and recycling sectors.

• Feeding & Conveying
  At the stand, visitors can adiscover the innovative HandlinkEvo, the manual coupling station that enhances safety and efficiency by allowing operators to correctly match material sources to receivers, minimizing errors through a flashing LED system.
• Drying & Dehumidifying
  Piovan will display DPA10C, a high-performance compressed air dryer for energy-efficient material drying. DPA10C will be equipped with the S55 single phase hopper loader and Ryng, the Piovan solution for real time production monitoring. On display will also be the GMP Drying System, a single or multi hopper drying system that can adapt and automatically control operating parameters such as temperature, dew point and flow rate of process air according to the detected production
• Dosing & Blending
  Doteco will showcase Grado Adroit, a gravimetric batch blender engineered for accurate dosing, repeatability, and efficient mixing, ensuring optimal material blending in high-performance processes.
• Temperature Control
  Thermalcare will display ETP120505, a pressurised temperature controller characterized by user-friendliness, flexibility and reliability, for injection, blow moulding and extrusion processes.
• Quality Control & Process Monitoring
  Piovan will also exhibit Moisture Minder, the in-line moisture measurement system that provides full traceability and continuous monitoring of plastic granules throughout the production process, ensuring optimal material quality and stability.
• Granulation
  Piovan will showcase G17-22 – Granulator designed for highly uniform regrind with minimal dust, ideal for recycling applications.
• Dedusting
  Pelletron developed DeDuster® C-20 – Dedusting system that removes fine particles, ensuring high-purity materials for precision applications.
• Industrial Cooling
  Thermal Care will also exhibit SCA4311, the air-cooled portable chiller that provides low-temperature water regardless of any environmental conditions.

Visitors will have the opportunity to experience both a 3D system for the PET and Film sectors, thanks to virtual reality, and a live demo of Winfactory 4.0, the Smart Factory supervision software designed by Piovan to increase plant productivity and optimize product quality.
