From 19 to 22 June, the PiovanGroup with its brands Piovan, Thermal Care and Doteco, will be at InterPlas Thailand to present the latest technological innovations in automation for plastics processing. On display visitors may see solutions for dosing, temperature control, cooling and software for monitoring production processes.

On display there will be the CR, the Piovan crystallizer that guarantees the highest possible quality during the crystallization process, enhancing the drying stage. The CR has been specifically designed to ensure an optimal material flow by guaranteeing homogeneous crystallization and exceeding the glass transition temperature of the material.

Visitors will also discover also Grado Adroit, the Doteco gravimetric batch blender made to blend free-flowing pellets in processes that require precise dosing, repeatability, and effective mixing.

In addition, Easytherm, the new range of temperature controllers by Thermal Care that use water as the process fluid and operate at temperatures up to 90 °C, will also be on display.

For industrial cooling, visitors will have the opportunity to see DigitempEvo, the water cooled thermochiller that provides maximum cooling yield with minimum energy consumption.

As for analysis instruments, Visitors may discover Moisture Minder, the solution for the on-line measurement of moisture in plastic granules and Inspecta, the unique and innovative method to measure Acetaldehyde and Benzene in PET granules, preforms, sheet and bottles.

Visitors will also see a live demo of Winfactory 4.0, the supervision software for the smart factory that increases plant productivity and optimises product quality.
