Opportunity
This is an opportunity to join a growing and profitable business with a diverse and established team of sales professionals. The Regional Sales Manager will plan, direct, and execute the established sales plan to achieve maximum sales volume and market share in their respective territories. This position will also be responsible for managing, leading and working with our independent sales representatives, distributors, OEM’s and end users. The position will report to the Director of Sales and Marketing and ideally will reside in or near the west coast.
The position requires connecting with people quickly in an outgoing, friendly manner. The successful candidate will have
a sense of urgency, combined with getting work done in complete, accurate detail, with the ability to drive results. The
candidate must have the ability to sell ideas to others, with the ability to train, teach, and motivate the sales representatives
in their assigned territory. The successful candidate must also be able to work in a team environment and interact with all
facets of the organization to make decisions that benefit the organization as a whole.
