At this year Chinaplas, PiovanGroup, with its brands Piovan, Doteco, Pelletron and Piovan Penta, will bring its latest technological innovation on automation for plastic processing. PiovanGroup sales engineers will present the state of the art technologies to all customers based attending this international edition of the show.
At the stand F91 - Hall 2.1, Piovan will display innovative technlogies for material handling such as:

• the new GenesysMax, the new generation fully automatic mono hopper drying system that reduces production costs dryer and ensure high performance
• Quantum, the gravimetric batch blender in a special configuration, ensuring high dosing precision, accuracy, quick material change and simple cleaning
• Handlink +, the manual coupling station that avoids contamination while assuring vacuum.

In the recycling and extrusion field, lots of novelties on display including:
• CR, the crystallizer that ensure best in class quality in crystallization process, improving the drying phase. The CR design has been specifically developed to exceed the material glass transition temperature and to guarantee homogeneous crystallization, assuring optimal flow of the material.

In the PiovanGroup’s stand there will be a dedicated corner for industrial cooling. On display, Capchiller, the new line of water cooled chillers for very high flow applications such as caps and medical products produced locally in China . This line has been specifically designed for all applications that requires very high temperature accuracy, high water flow rates in relation to cooling capacity and high pressures.

All visitors will be able to experience a live demo of Winfactory 4.0, the supervision software designed by Piovan for the Smart Factory with the aim to increase plants' productivity and optimise product quality.

With Piovan Penta brand, visitors will also have the opportunity to see Vakupulse, the system for conveying of materials in the dense phase, which is particularly suitable for conveying delicate raw materials at low speeds and flow rates over short distances.

Doteco will present:
• Grado Adroit, the batch blender designed to blend free flowing pellets in processes which require accurate dosing and repeatability with efficient mixing.

• Vento, the new film automatic cooling and thickness control system. The special ring design, conceived to minimise friction and pressure losses, optimises energy consumption while maximising efficiency, and achieves high performance in terms of 2Sigma reduction and film flatness.

Pelletron, the company of the Group specialised in producing conveying and dedusting solutions for plastics manufacturing, processing and other industries will present the all new C20 deduster that removes dust and streamers that cause part defects featured by Compact size for easy retrofits and that is ideal for small injection molders and extruders.
