We are currently looking for a Field Service Engineer that, reporting to Service Manager, will be in charge of installing, servicing and repairing the machines, including operating training.
Key responsibilities
- Mechanical installation
- Customers Training: provide maintenance & operating training to customer representatives, to the extend needed to allow customer to maintain and utilize the machinery according to manufacturer guidelines and specification.
- Trouble shooting analyse and diagnose all machinery malfunctioning cases, whether electronic, electrical, pneumatic, mechanical, system or other in nature
- Remote assistance.
- Service intervention to the customer place: determine the best course of action to resolve the problem(s) and directly taking all necessary actions to implement or make all arrangements to ensure that the company’s organization can effectively provide a solution to the problems the customer is encountering with the machinery purchased.
- Service Report
- Travel around México, central America, and Caribbean.
Qualification and Experience
- Experience in engineering background for Minimum 2 – 5 years from the plastic processing industry, more specific within Injection moulding, Blow moulding and Extrusion process.
- Excellent communication skills in English language, both verbal and in writing.
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Driving experience (Manual transmission).
- Driver licence.
- Passport, US visa type B1/B2 (plus)
